???? Your MissionAs a Manager-in-Training, you’ll work directly with market leaders to:???? Lead People
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and training plans for your team
  • Coach, develop, and motivate employees to reach their full potential
  • Recruit and hire top talent in partnership with HR
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
???? Drive Performance
  • Analyze business trends and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
  • Share store financial goals with the team and celebrate wins together
  • Maintain tight control over expenses, inventory, and shrink
???? Own the Store Environment
  • Keep the store spotless and safe — front to back, every shift
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance requests
  • Ensure all parts are tracked, returned, and properly credited
???? What You Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of management experience (automotive a plus!)
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Solid track record of hitting sales and profit targets
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends
  • Bonus if you have hands-on tech experience!
???? Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with a hands-on environment (noise, heat, dust, etc.)
  • Full range of motion for bending, lifting, and handling tools
