We are adding another Installation Crew to our Gutter Division to install gutters all over the country! JRC pays for lodging, travel time, and much more. Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects, primarily steep and low slope roofing, siding, and gutters.MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREADescription:
  • Manage and supervise crews daily
  • Leading and handling routine repairs and installation on gutters
  • Keeping track of equipment, and material for inventory purposes
  • Install all gutters, guards and downspouts as well as keeping the truck organized
  • Running the setup of operating fabricating machines to cut, using shears, hammers, or drills
  • Climb, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing when needed
  • Complete removal of existing gutter and reinstall
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Availability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
  • 1-3 years of roofing and/or gutter installation a must
  • Ability to measure and cut materials for installation
  • Leading the team to be more efficient in the field
  • Valid driver's license, in good standing
  • Experience driving a box truck
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
