Automatic Press Operator - 2nd Shift

Set up, operate, and monitor transfer or blanking press machines
Start machines, oversee operations, and accurately record production data
Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications
Adjust machine settings and speeds based on standard operating procedures
Report equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor promptly
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of press machines
Accurately complete required inspection and production paperwork
Follow all standard work instructions and safety protocols
Support cross-functional tasks and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating automatic press machines
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking) is required to follow safety, plant, and PPE procedures
Willingness to cross-train in other areas as needed
Ability to work required overtime, including occasional Saturdays
Must adhere to company attendance and punctuality standardsJob Type: Full-time
