Data Engineering ManagerJOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/ObjectiveThis role supports the development and maintenance of data systems that enable data accessibility and analytics across the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals with a foundational understanding of data engineering concepts who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment. The Junior Data Engineer works under the guidance of more experienced team members.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in building and maintaining basic data pipelines and integration processes.
- Write and troubleshoot simple SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Help support data quality and integrity through validation and testing tasks.
- Learn and apply standard practices in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business data needs.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Document data workflows and support processes.
- Take on learning projects to build technical proficiency with tools and systems.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Travel

- 4 year degree
- 0–2 years of experience in a data engineering or data-related role (internships, academic projects, or bootcamps are acceptable).
- Basic SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
- Introductory programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala)
- Familiarity with data concepts such as ETL, data modeling, and warehousing
- Exposure to cloud platforms or willingness to learn (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Curiosity and eagerness to develop technical skills
