They sincerely value the relationships that they’ve developed over the years and would welcome the opportunity to add new clients and projects to our growing portfolio of respected partners.Position OverviewWe are hiring a local CDL Delivery Driver for 1st shift operations. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, and enjoys being home every night. All deliveries are local, and overtime may be available. Driver may be asked to help is other areas of the facility during delivery down times.Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip inspections daily before vehicle operation
- Conduct scheduled maintenance or notify of issues
- Maintain accurate logbooks and driver paperwork
- Safely load and unload trailers as needed
- Complete local deliveries and pickups
- Move trailers on-site as directed
- Turn in signed BOLs and delivery documentation promptly
- Follow all safety and DOT regulations
- Valid MN Class A CDL
- Current DOT Physical Card
- Clean Driving Record with No Major Violations
- 2+ Years CDL Driving Experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs multiple times daily
- Sit: < 50% of the day
- Stand/Walk: < 25% of the day
- Bend/Crouch: < 25% of the day
