Description: The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for assisting with all activities of personnel and provides support to the Executive Director of Human Resources.Job Summary: This position actively partners with and supports the schools in the effective administration of key human resources processes. This position will provide high level support by receiving, analyzing, researching and seeking resolution to assigned inquiries. The HR Generalist will perform data analytics and identify trends inthe data. This role ensures the smooth delivery of day-to-day management of operational HR activities, plans and outcomes. This includes strong proficiency in complex and human resources functions in position control, staffing allocations, recruitment, classification and compensation, classified and certificated employees. Must be proficient and knowledgeable with Computer Solutions (CSI) Human Resources Informational Management systems and the integration as it relates to systems in other departments. Must assure personnel activities comply with established laws, rules and state regulations.Qualifications: 1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management in related field from an accredited college or university. 2. Possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as customer service skills. 3. Five (5) – Eight (8) years’ of school personnel experience in a public school environment preferred. 4. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative. 5. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community. 6. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
