ROLE IMPACT
This role supports licensed pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring medication safety, accuracy, and compliance. Success in this position is defined by precise attention to detail, strong adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, label, and package prescription medications accurately
Replenish automated dispensing cells and manage large product volumes
Maintain a clean and organized dispensing area
Rotate stock to prevent medication expiration
Adhere to HIPAA and all pharmacy laws/regulations
Document prescription and medication-related information accurately
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Active Indiana or national Pharmacy Technician license
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous pharmacy experience
Able to lift and carry 2030 lbs. regularly, and 15 lbs. over extended periods
Able to stand and walk for entire shift
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, quality focus, accountability, and teamwork
