
Sales Operations Analyst

- Collect, analyze, audit, evaluate, and report sales data in partnership with other analytics teams to increase sales productivity;
- Use sales records for identification and evaluation of sales performance with consideration towards sales quotas;
- Provide sales direction regarding sales patterns, trends, and future purchases to drive business decisions;
- Communicate sales reporting to Management;
- Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Product Management;
- Maintain daily records and communications with Sales Operations Manager;
- Provide support to sales team on SFDC (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales force. This will include telephone and email response to user questions. Support will include both technical use as well as business process questions;
- Responsible for working with Salesforce Administrators in enforcing processes and tools that maintain the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data;
- Assist Sales Operations team in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data;
- Work on projects to make enhancements and modifications to the Sales CRM tool and processes as the needs of the organization expand and evolve;
- Communicate and work alongside developer resources to build and QA custom Sales CRM tool solutions;
- Perform analysis of data from multiple sources and make business recommendations;
- Load sales related data to SFDC as needed including sales activities, sales campaign information;
- Maintain systems process documentation (Sales Operation Manual);
- Provides cross-functional support and assists Sales management on projects as needed;
- Provide overall support and departmental coordination for Sales Operations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects;
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent background and experience required.
- Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
