- Assists with the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and stakeholder requirements.
- Track campaign progress in ClickUp, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and stakeholder requirements.
- Troubleshoot minor campaign issues (e.g., scheduling conflicts, asset delays) and escalate complex challenges to the Marketing Operations Manager.
- Assists with compliance reviews of all marketing collateral as assigned.
- Draft and edit marketing content, including email, social media posts, updates, and customer-facing collateral, ensuring alignment with FFB's brand voice.
- Maintain meticulous records, craft compelling content, and serve as a skilled writer, proofreader, and editor to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all marketing communications and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Designer to pair content with visuals, ensuring cohesive and engaging presentations.
- Update and maintain the content calendar in ClickUp to align posts with campaign timelines and bank events.
- Partner with Digital Experience Lead in writing website content.
- Keep the marketing team in sync by arranging schedules, securing meeting spaces, and capturing key action items to drive projects forward.
- Manage marketing databases with care, keeping customer contacts and campaign assets up-to-date and aligned with data privacy standards.
- Handle invoices, monitor budgets, and manage ordering and distribution of all marketing inventory (e.g., placemats, branded items).
- Provide hands-on support for urgent tasks, such as last-minute campaign adjustments or event staffing.
- Assist specialists (e.g., Customer Lifecycle Specialist, Digital Experience Lead) with overflow tasks, such as data entry or content uploads, to maintain project momentum.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, balancing multiple assignments with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager or Director of External Communications.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a minimum requirement of the job.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive years of experience in a comparable role can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills, with expertise in campaign execution, content creation, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing tools (e.g., CRM, Mailchimp), and project management software (e.g., ClickUp).
- Skilled in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance reporting.
- Self-directed, action-oriented, and detail-focused, with a high degree of accuracy and ability to manage sensitive material confidentially.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
- Detail oriented, excellent proofreader.
