- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects across various offerings, verticals, and clients.
- Act as the project manager and lead/senior engineer on a wide array of projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and deliver best-in-class designs.
- Assist with strategic initiatives within the Engineering & Design group as assigned.
- Participate in all phases of project planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals that align scopes of work with client needs and budgets.
- Lead sales efforts with internal and external clients for engineering work, including developing engineering fees & writing proposals.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to support project and business success.
- Manage staffing for slate of projects and coordinate with other associates for appropriate resources.
- Ten (10) years experience
- Professional Engineering License
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent work experience required. Onsite construction experience considered and welcome.
- Five (5) years of experience in 2D/3D Auto CAD and/ or Revit preferred. Knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools welcome.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, and/or other software tools welcome.
