Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Sr. Boiler PM Technician in Denver, CO.Our client is seeking a Sr. Boiler PM Technician (Denver Area, CO) to lead the preventative maintenance and optimization of natural gas boiler systems. This technician will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, safety, and energy efficiency for clients through routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and technical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled inspections of natural gas boiler systems to assess condition and identify potential issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of boiler components
  • Analyze boiler performance metrics such as combustion efficiency, emissions, and fuel consumption
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems, coordinating with other teams when needed
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and part replacements
  • Generate reports to document all work completed and highlight recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding system status, maintenance activities, and recommended improvements
  • Travel out of town as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Must Have’s:
  • High school diploma or GED; 7+ years of experience in the boiler service field
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency using a computer and iPhone
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have’s:
  • Boiler Operator License
  • Factory Raypak training
  • Journeyman plumber license
