Think of this role as the captain of the ship. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you'll oversee pharmacy operations from top to bottom-making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and in full compliance. You'll be the go-to clinical leader, mentor, and collaborator, guiding your team and working closely with providers to ensure every patient gets world-class care.What You'll Be DoingKeep Things Running: Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance (state, federal, and corporate).Patient First: Oversee sterile medication prep and dispensing, collaborate with prescribers, and provide infusion therapy guidance.Lead the Team: Hire, coach, and develop pharmacy staff while creating a supportive, growth-focused environment.Build Connections: Partner with providers, payers, PBMs, and referral sources to expand the business and strengthen relationships.Big Picture Planning: Help design and launch new pharmacy operations, from build-outs to licensing and accreditations.Drive Results: Work with leadership on budgets, business plans, and performance metrics to keep the organization on track for growth.What We're Looking ForA licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy3+ years of clinical experience (at least 1 in infusion therapy & sterile compounding)Formal sterile compounding trainingStrong communication skills-you'll be working closely with patients, staff, and providersWillingness to travel for trainings and meetingsBonus Points If You Have:Leadership experience managing pharmacy operations and teamsSolid knowledge of pharmacy regulations (state + federal)Perks & BenefitsSalary: $155K-$175K annually (paid semi-monthly)Bonus: Up to 10% starting in 2026Health Coverage: $400/month reimbursement (eligible after 30 days)401(k): 100% match on the first 4% (eligible after 12 months)Phantom Stock Plan: Potential cash payout after 12 months (board approval required)PTO: 15 days per year (plus 6 paid holidays)Growth: A chance to make your mark in a rapidly expanding organizationThe Extras
