Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Support CNC machinery and controls, ensuring optimal functionality and precision.
Assist with PLC troubleshooting to maintain automation reliability.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to facility-wide improvements by identifying and implementing solutions that increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance technician role.
Strong electrical troubleshooting ability with proven skill in reading and interpreting schematics.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including repair and adjustment.
Working knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc or similar) and machine tool troubleshooting.
PLC experience is preferred (basic troubleshooting or programming).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong safety mindset and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
Compensation: At Cox Manufacturing, we ensure our compensation is competitive by regularly assessing market data and establishing salary ranges accordingly. Your pay is determined based on your experience and the market data for this position.
