
Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech, Amazon Flex

- Lead a team of Product and Program managers to build the best in-class experiences for Flex across Recruiting, Onboarding, Evaluation and Engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide the product strategy
- Set the right success metrics for the product, make data driven decisions to shape the product roadmap and closely work with engineering teams on product delivery.
- Build a fluid product set for global audience, that solves for the dynamic security and compliance regulations across the world
- Lead the discussions/updates with senior leadership and drive key decisions
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders on understanding different facets of the product, like legal, PR, compliance, marketing etc. to build the right experiences
- Play a key role in shaping the technical strategy of the product by closely working with the engineering team
- Work with marketing and design teams to create delightful experiences and go-to market strategiesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
