Ingredion Inc. seeks Sr Procurement Specialist in Westchester, ILJob Duties: Support ongoing data expansion needs in data, analysis, and reporting systems. Synthesize complex data into concise deliverables and present findings to leadership. Mine complex and unstructured 'big data' sources for actionable insights. Provide quality assurance of data prepared by other analysts and add contextual information. Partner with Global Procurement Team to ensure processes and procedures are appropriately documented, updated, implemented, and audited. Actively identify opportunities and lead actions of continuous improvement through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Support ongoing communication, training, and system adoption for internal business partners and stakeholders. Provide support to Category and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Teams. Support opportunities in spend for cost reduction and avoidance that are attributable to the P&L and able to be audited by a Finance partner. Actively support implementation of new tools, to support the Technology Roadmap of Procurement. Telecommuting is an option. Travel to Ingredion’s office is required 3 days a week.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.Special Skill Requirements: (1) operations planning; (2) Power BI; (3) Visio; (4) SAP Ariba; (5) SAP HANA; (6) Master Data Governance; (7) Quality Assurance; (8) SAP SAMBA; (9) Procurement Fundamentals; (10) Data Analysis and Reporting.
