
Display Refurbishment Specialist

- Perform display refurbishment tasks according to daily work plans and schedules, ensuring operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Support quality control processes by inspecting refurbished display systems to meet customer expectations and internal standards.
- Assist with the ordering process for display systems and help ensure on-time fulfillment by tracking orders and communicating updates to relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory counts of display systems; complete necessary transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department goals related to safety, quality, productivity, and standard work practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in workflows.
- Assist in conducting safety checks and follow up on corrective actions to reduce workplace hazards.
- Identify and report operational issues; work with team leads to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, production; including routine use of power tools such as saws, drill press, and other air/electric/manual hand tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems required.
- Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations required.
- Works independently and takes initiative to complete assigned tasks.
