- Perform project layout (surveying) in accordance with design and contract documents
- Inspect concrete forms for accuracy, adequacy, and embedded items prior to placement
- Conduct production trend analysis for quantities of work in place and prepare reports for weekly and monthly scheduling and cost control
- Assist with quality control, site safety initiatives, and coordination of trade partners as delegated by the superintendent
- Direct small workforces or trade crews to gain supervisory experience
- Coordinate material deliveries by verifying requirements in advance, checking delivery status, and inspecting materials for quality, quantity, and condition
- Report and document missing or damaged items
- Support foremen and trade partners with plan and specification interpretation
- Oversee trade partners and assist in directing labor crews to gain supervisory experience
- Participate in jobsite safety meetings, audits, and inspections
- Collaborate with the VDC team to support field operations, review execution plans, and utilize 3D modeling and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 1 year of experience and/or a combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel-based templates), Project Sight, Primavera,
- and AutoDesk Suite
- Prior construction industry internships (preferred but not required)
- Salary range: $76,200 $81,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
