- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience in people management.
- Own go-to-market sales strategy and execution APCS’s Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Solutions and Thought Leadership teams (~200 sellers), in partnership with Managing Directors.
- Manage annual business planning with key partners including headcount management. Facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams.
- Oversee multiple ‘pillars’ simultaneously and design organization-wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
- Lead projects at APCS-wide scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, including but beyond the scope of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Standard Template Library (STL).
- Build, manage, and coach a team of Strategy and Operations Managers and Analyst functions.
