You’ll support the General Manager in leading our team, driving membership growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Help execute sales and outreach strategies to drive membership growth.
- Engage parents and local businesses to attract new leads and build community awareness.
- Support in hiring, training, and motivating coaches and front desk staff.
- Coach 5–10 classes per week to lead from the front and maintain standards.
- Foster a culture of high performance, positivity, and fun.
- Build deep relationships with parents and kids.
- Ensure every class delivers energy, value, and impact.
- Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, payroll, and SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run facility.
- Ensure safety and company protocols are followed at all times.
- Are passionate about helping kids grow in confidence and strength.
- Have sales and customer service experience—comfortable handling objections and closing deals.
- Think and act like a leader—set the tone and lead by example.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and love turning challenges into action.
- 1–3 years in fitness, kids programs, hospitality, or high-touch service environments.
- Previous experience coaching or working with children.
- Proven track record in a sales-driven role.
