Location: Clintonville, WI
Shifts Available: Day and Night (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
Wage Range:
- Level 2: $29 to $32 per hour
- Level 3: $29 to $33 per hour
- Night shift premium: Additional $1.00 per hour

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, systems, and facilities. Technicians at both levels perform a mix of mechanical and electrical work, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades. Level 3 technicians are expected to take on more complex electrical work and lead projects and mentoring initiatives.Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Perform product changeovers on various equipment, including flexographic printing presses, converting folders, formers, packaging systems, and conveyors
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks in line with documented schedules
- Maintain accurate records in maintenance tracking systems
- Support or lead equipment upgrades and modifications
- Promote and follow safety, GMP, and SQF standards
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of shop equipment, including lathes, drill presses, welders, grinders, air compressors, and forklifts
- Three to five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, or a Ramsey Maintenance Test score between 50 and 68
- Experience with fabrication, machining, and general mechanical upgrades
- Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working with minimal supervision
- Ten or more years of maintenance experience, or a Ramsey Maintenance Test score of 69 or higher
- Advanced machining and electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC, HMI, VSD, and servo systems
- Preferred: State of Wisconsin Master Electrician license
- Ability to lead projects and mentor Level 2 technicians
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work at heights
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
