Directs the daily operational activities of the department assuring that all quality and standards are met by making personal daily rounds,
signing inspection reports, and responding promptly,safely, and efficiently to all service or customer requests. The supervisor oversees all
operations in the absences of the Operations Manager.Education/Training
Associate degree required. Two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Associate degree (in
addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).
Licensure/Certification
None.
Experience
Three years of experience in health care, not-for-profits, working with volunteers, hospitality or related experience.
Computer skills including word processing, spread sheets and Microsoft Outlook required. A Bachelor’s degree may
substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experienceEssential Functions

- Assistsin controlling expenses within his/her area ofresponsibility.
- Supportsthe Manager of Campus& Facilities Developmentin attaining the financial goalsfor his/her area.
- Responsible for accuracy and timelines ofreports, financial data, and statistics.
- Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to his/her area.
- Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic attitude in striving for and meeting the department’s goals and objectives.

- Reports unsafe situations and turnsin Engineering Service Requestsforrepair.
