- At least one year of experience managing an educational program or curriculum within a research organization or institution of higher education.
- Knowledge of and interest in public policy
- Supports the creation and implementation of EPR program mission, objectives and strategies under the supervision of the Program Director
- Manages all administrative operations for the Executive Policy Research Program, including curriculum development, marketing and recruitment, participant communication and support, expenses and budgeting
- Serves as the primary point of contact for program participants and instructors
- Prepares reports to monitor and evaluate program outcomes as assigned by the program director
- Coordinates with the Program Director and Baker Institute administrative teams to development program content for marketing and communication, including emails, social media, and printed materials
- Supports and attends, as needed, program orientations, seminars and events, including virtual information sessions, and other recruitment and networking activities
- Maintains database of participant records
- May supervise Baker Institute interns assisting the program.
- May assist with program fundraising activities.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
