Industrial Maintenance Operations Supervisor
  • 5 or more years of industrial maintenance experience or a related degree to manage the facility is a requirement
  • This is a 1st shift position (5/5:30am - 2:30pm)
  • Salary is up to $100,000-$110,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility
  • Paid additional compensation for any weekend worked
  • 1 weekend (Saturday & Sunday) rotation worked per month
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote as this is a 100% onsite position

Safety is always a top priorityThe duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
  • Supervise and schedule maintenance mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimal site security
  • Support the Maintenance Manager with equipment acquisition, installation, and improvements, while maintaining facilities to sanitary design best practices
  • Actively participate in and improve the Process Safety Management Program and serve as a member of the HAZMAT team
  • Assist with all CMMS functions
  • Complete special projects promptly and work flexible hours as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a related technical degree
  • Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams, ideally in an environment subject to stringent hygiene and sanitation regulations
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and Process Safety Management is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 2nd shift start time (1:30 pm), and 1 weekend/month rotation
  • High proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or Green Card holder
  • A residence within 45 minutes of Jefferson
