
Customer Service Representative - Diamond & Gemstone

- Daily outbound calling to customers for updates and invoicing of stones that are out for product review
- Receiving customer orders via phone, email, and chat then processing those orders via order entry systems (Oracle and Stuller.com)
- Work cross functionally with other departments to fulfill customer requests and requirements
- Taking inbound customer sales calls when call volume is high or support is needed
- Suggestive selling additional large stone options for customer needs
- Complete GIA courses to enhance knowledge and expertise
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adapt to new learnings or directions
- Professional and vibrant personality with the ability to connect with customers
- Basic math skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional experience in a customer service or sales role
- Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce
- GIA certification
