- Meet revenue retention and growth objectives for assigned region
- Provides vision and acquires new accounts to sustain growth of the business by representing Eurofins Environment Testing America, clearly communicating Eurofins Environment Testing America services to new customers and markets
- Identifies opportunities and captures profitable work by following up on leads, negotiating, and closing
- Minimize attrition of client revenue and profit.
- Increase diversity of services sold to clients.
- Develop and implement critical client account sales plan
- Foster productive working relationships between clients and the company
- Provide a sales forecast for assigned region and update quarterly
- Provide critical support to national account, product and market based strategic sales initiatives
- Work cooperatively with other Regional Account Managers to foster team-selling initiatives where applicable
- Report critical sales pipeline activities within the prescribed customer relationship management tools provided by the company
- Effectively communicate client requirements to operational personnel, seeking necessary approvals prior to acceptance or rejection of opportunities
- Provide feedback on market conditions and client developments to foster an environment of continuous improvement and the evolution of relevant solutions to market challenges and opportunities
- Provide near term revenue forecasts to operations to ensure operational preparedness and satisfy client demands for service
- Work with Director of Sales & Marketing to assist with strategic goals as needed.
- Works with Director of Sales for establishing pricing on bids
- Works with Regional Directors to assure the capacity for projects being won when necessary
- Works with the Director of Sales & Marketing to win high revenue accounts nationally
- Attends local industry functions to network and get exposure for Eurofins Environment Testing America
- Attends national industry conferences and/or events as participant and/or exhibitor, as needed
- BS/BA in Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years progressively successful sales experience in the environmental field preferred or in a service industry required.
- Lab experience and exposure to environmental industry preferred.
- Knowledge of the IAQ accreditations and certifications preferred
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

- Territory Location is Illinois (Chicagoland), Wisconsin and NW Indiana.
- Position includes Quarterly Sales Growth Commission Plan and Car Allowance
