As a for-profit company with a strong social mission, we are expanding our reach through strategic acquisitions of similar agencies. We are seeking a driven and strategic Strategic Growth & Acquisitions Manager to identify, engage, and manage acquisition opportunities.Position OverviewThe Strategic Growth & Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and initiating relationships with potential acquisition targets (support coordination and case management agencies). This role requires a blend of relationship-building, financial acumen, and strategic analysis. You will be the front line in engaging potential sellers, building trust, and presenting our company as the ideal partner for their transition.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Target IdentificationResearch and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets within the support coordination/case management sector.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.Outreach & Relationship BuildingProactively contact agency owners/operators to establish relationships and explore acquisition opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Deal DevelopmentGather and analyze financial and operational information from target companies.Partner with leadership to evaluate opportunities, including adjusting for changes in employment models (1099 to W-2, payroll taxes, benefits, etc.).Present acquisition opportunities with clear summaries of risks, opportunities, and financial impact.Transaction SupportWork closely with the CEO, COO, finance, and legal teams to support deal structuring and negotiations.Help ensure smooth transition and integration of acquired agencies into our company.ReportingMaintain accurate records of outreach efforts, pipeline status, and deal progress.Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, marketing, communications or a related field.Proven track record in business development, M&A, or corporate development, preferably in healthcare, human services, or related industries.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners, executives, and community stakeholders.Financial literacy: ability to read and analyze financial statements, understand NOI, run rates, and cost adjustments.Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.Experience working with social service providers, disability services, or healthcare agencies is a plus.CompensationCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives tied to successful acquisitions.Benefits package including [health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.].Care Lync is an equal opportunity employer and complies with the provisions of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955 and all requirements imposed pursuant thereto.
