- Assist sales team with sourcing products and conducting market/vendor research.
- Prepare and format quotes, bids, and proposals for customers.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and availability.
- Track and follow up on open quotes, orders, and customer requests.
- Assist with purchase order processing and coordination between sales and warehouse.
- Ensure sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain and update internal sales resources, pricing lists, and customer data.
- Occasionally assist with light receiving, shipping, or order prep during high-volume periods.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative training preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service.
- Experience in aerospace parts distribution preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
