The CMM Programmer, Industrial Manufacturing will develop and maintain inspection programs using PC-DMIS to ensure precision and compliance with GD&T standards across machined components. They will collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and uphold quality system requirementsat our Medford, MA facility.The CMM Programmer, Industrial Manufacturing will:
Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS for all stages of machined parts
Interpret and apply GD&T to ensure accurate feature inspection
Perform inspections to validate part conformance and identify deviations
Document inspection results, measurement data, and non-conformance reports
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Assist with training inspectors on CMM usage and inspection methods
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Maintain organized, traceable inspection records and reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Provide feedback on manufacturability and inspection feasibility
Contribute to sustaining a high-performance quality culture
Be onsite at our Medford, MA facility

Experience in a manufacturing environment required
Aerospace or defense industry background preferred
Hands-on quality assurance experience
Familiarity with dimensional inspection processes
Working knowledge of CMM operations
Experience with PC-DMIS required
Understanding of GD&T principles
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Basic CMM programming experience (not extensive)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a regulated, precision-focused setting
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
