Responsibilities:Supervises laboratory personnel and operations to ensure compliance and quality in accordance with laboratory work process. Exercises authority over personnel decisions and is responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of the clinical laboratory department.Establish effective scheduling to ensure all standing commitments are met. Manages workflow and evaluates effectiveness of assignments.Provides high quality, effective clinical education services.Writes and obtains approval for any policies or standard operating procedures related to Clinical Education functions.Supervises clinical educators and ensures high quality education services.
