Job Position: Welding Machine MaintenanceLocation: Cedar Park, TX 78613Pay Rate: $28+Shift: 6am-2:30pmDescription:The robotic weld technician operates, programs, and maintains automated robotic welding systems to ensure product quality and production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.Robotic Welding Machine Maintenance Qualifications:Strong knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG)Understanding of robotics, automation, and computer-aided manufacturing systems (CAM)Ability to program and troubleshoot robotic welding systemsMechanical aptitudePhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds on a regular basisAble to pass a background checkAble to work in the US.Robotic Welding Machine Maintenance Job Schedule:Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMOvertime as production needs dictatePay range is $28 - $33 per hour (depending on experience)Robotic Welding Machine Maintenance Tasks & Duties:Creates and adjusts programs for robotic arms to perform specific welding tasksConfigures robotic cells, fixtures, and sensors for new products and designsContinuously checks weld quality and adjusts settings to meet production standards.Performs regular maintenance and quickly resolves technical issues or malfunctions in the robotic welding systemsWorks with engineers and manual welders to improve workflow and optimize production processes.About Ascend StaffingAscend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
