- Offer remote technical support to customers, dealers, and field technicians for HVAC products
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with the product development team to improve product features and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members and customers on HVAC products
- Manage and prioritize multiple support tickets efficiently
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC technical support or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and products
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent technical writing abilities
- Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA) preferred
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
