- Administer MILPDS (accounts, audits, user training, BLSDM/PRDA/CMS/myFSS access), validate DJMS transactions, and meet PSM performance standards (e.g., account creation ≤3 workdays; 24/7 operability; reconciliation targets).
- Ensure system issue reporting accuracy and timeliness; deliver customer queries/products within required timelines.
- Perform ISSO/FSA tasks (configure workstations, install/patch software, maintain LAN equipment/server, manage accounts, submit tickets).
- Maintain DEERS/RAPIDS workstations per DMDC direction; coordinate equipment relocations only with SPO/ACO approval (120-day server / 90-day remote WS notice).
- Observe normal duty hours with flexibility for off-hours support.
- 2+ years in client systems/PSM support.
- Troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, networking basics; expertise with MILPDS, vMPF, BLSDM, myFSS; accurate issue reporting.
- Security+ (or waiver + training within 6 months) aligned to PSM requirement for OBIEE/MILPDS; SATE/Cyber Awareness; CL/COMPUSEC training as applicable.
- Favorable NACI (Tier 1) minimum; U.S. citizenship for personnel who issue/control CACs (SSM/SVO/VO).
- CAC/base access compliance and badge accountability.
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
