DescriptionResponsibilities include serving as a financial advisor to the management team for planning purposes, reporting and budgeting. Develops appropriate tracking methods and key performance indicators for the business. Assists in preparing short and long-term financial projections as well as overall business objectives. Effectively communicates with management.Job Responsibilities
  • Provide business insights through analyses, summaries and reports of financial data
  • Assist preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budget
  • Review monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidated reporting for management
  • Support partnerships with business leaders to achieve goals in their respective areas, as well as company’s goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Automate and improve processes
  • Collaborate with other departments, both within Finance and in other functions
  • Review/prepare/present complex ad hoc reporting to management
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and team members throughout TBC
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls and Company policies
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Perform job with integrity and transparency
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, or related field
  • Strong computer skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and JDE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong problem solving and customer service skills
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
