
Catering Coordinator

- Answer incoming telephone calls - all Catering lines.
- Responding to telephone inquiries by determining client's needs and specifications for referral to Catering Sales Managers.
- Prepare contracts and amendments for Catering Sales Managers.
- Coordinate and service rooms only blocks.
- Coordinate and detail all in-house events.
- Sending weekly reports and prepare weekly BEO distribution to operations team.
- Responsible for assisting Catering Managers during execution of Catering Events.
- Responsible for Special projects as assigned by Director of Catering/Catering Managers.
- Cross train with Catering Sales Managers for site visits as backup.
- Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Must be polished in email correspondence, telephone etiquette and client facing.
- College degree preferred.
- Previous hotel, catering, and Delphi experience preferred.
