Trusted by more than 500,000 organizations and used by more than 7 million developers globally to clean more than half a trillion lines of code, Sonar is integral to delivering better software.As a Senior RevOps Senior Analyst at SonarSource, you will be a crucial member of our Sales Operations team, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to bolster Field Sales and Sales Leadership. Your expertise in understanding business priorities and translating them into scalable datamodels used to visualize solutions will be crucial to Go-To-Market productivity. You will be instrumental in improving sales effectiveness by implementing measurable processes and producing actionable reporting and analysis to inform daily strategy and tactics. \nOn a Daily Basis, You Will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and the revenue operations lead for marketing, field sales and sales leadership.
  • Utilize our ETL process to ingest data sources into the analytics data warehouse.
  • Develop scalable data models with the ability to accurately query and visualize to revenue analytics
  • Develop, track, and manage data used for the forecast process, performance analysis, executive KPIs, and ad hoc business requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and essential cross-functional teams to execute annual planning, such as sales capacity planning, territory planning and management, comp plan design, quota setting, and more.
  • Lead pipeline performance analysis, providing actionable feedback and areas of focus based on data quality and insights.
  • Drive revenue analytics by gathering data, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Align the Sales team with the company's overall objectives and priorities using data-driven approaches.
  • Evaluate business problems, devise and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of QBRs and sales leadership offsites.
  • Maintain effectiveness amid significant changes in work responsibilities or environment, adjusting effectively to explore benefits, try new approaches, and collaborate with others to make the change successful
The Skills You Will Demonstrate:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytics department, preferrably in Revenue Operations or Business Operations
  • Strong experience in building scalable data models using multiple data sources, modifying queries using SQL (DBT experience is a plus), visualizing in Tableau, and advanced modeling using python
  • An understanding of SaaS metrics such as churn, expansion, ARR, LTV, CAC, and more.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and execute independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Computer Science concentration is advantageous.
