- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or related degree field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated technical problem solving
- Strong overall knowledge of vehicle and powertrain thermal systems
- Experience with modeling, simulation, identification, control, development, testing, calibration and/or validation
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- AECD expertise
- Master's degree and/or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or related degree field
- Specialization in physic-based modeling and/or control disciplines with vehicle application
- Embedded software experience
- Knowledge of powertrain control system architecture/best practices.
- Demonstrated application of technical excellence
- Experience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Experience with data acquisition and analysis tools such as ETAS-INCA
- Experience with 0-D and 1-D physical modeling tools such as GT Power and FloMaster
