Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Southfield, MI (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 1-year contract with option to hire)
- Act as the main liaison between internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
- Create new requisitions in SuccessFactors.
- Copy and maintain job description database.
- Move candidates through various stages in SuccessFactors.
- Book interviews in Outlook/Teams and send confirmations to candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up on Interview Evaluation Forms.
- Ensure offer packets are sent.
- Initiate and monitor background checks.
- Candidate follow-up as needed.
- Hire candidates in SuccessFactors and push hire information to payroll.
- Assist candidates with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
- Conduct candidate screens for selected roles (typically entry-level).
- Facilitate development, implementation, and documentation of employee training to ensure compliance with site and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with EHS staff to support training and development activities.
- Utilize SuccessFactors to assess training needs, run reports, and monitor compliance.
- Assess training gaps and coordinate with managers or EHS staff to ensure proper training assignments.
- Participate in regulatory, quality, internal, and customer audits to demonstrate training completion and compliance.
- Maintain training systems and records accurately.
- Demonstrated SuccessFactors Recruiting module expertise required.
- Recruiting system compliance background highly preferred.
- Expertise with vendor systems such as Background check and Medical check modules.
- Computer-Based Training modules and SAP expertise is highly preferred.
- Solid organizational, time management, prioritization, and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-up to stakeholders.
- Must have working expertise with MS Office and MS Teams.
- Strong communication and cross-training skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years in a similar support role within talent acquisition/training or a fast-paced support function.
