We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM within our organization. This role requires a proven leader who can drive large-scale technology projects while effectively engaging with executive stakeholders. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred but NOT mandatory. Working hours will vary across Pacific, Mountain and Eastern Time Zones so candidates must be flexible on working hours.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Establish governance and reporting frameworks to track project progress, risks, and issues.Facilitate communication and decision-making between business and technical teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data requirements specific to the financial services sector.Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams and vendor partners.Qualifications:10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level or executive-facing role.Demonstrated experience successfully implementing CRM systems ( Salesforce is required).Strong executive management skills, with ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.PMP, PgMP, or comparable project management certification a plus.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
