- Identifying requirements, defining features, creating user stories, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure successful delivery on time of digital products
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy to drive film sales and software user/sales growth
- Define the development plan to align with best-in-class Global Portfolio digital product strategy
- Facilitate development planning to support quarterly PI planning meetings
- Oversee ongoing maintenance, testing, and optimization of the product (rework/align to testing and accepting what is ready for release)
- Understand and well document customer needs for translation that into development requirements and showing business priority and customer value
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that the product is visually appealing, easy to use, and meets user needs (intuitive and seamless user experience)
- Contributing to the global marketing planning process, including ongoing market and competitive analyses as key inputs to the plan. Updating needed information for the Quarterly PI Planning and GTM Strategy planning
- Optimizes product offering aligned to business revenue objectives and cost requirements
- Identify and accountable for executing development requirements for product claims, Legal, Security, Privacy and other functions to deliver compliant software
- Measures the performance of the product, including user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators that support development roadmap/strategy
- Collaborate with Digital Product Trainer/AE with knowledge transfer of functionality and customer value so they can translate the information into training and support content
- Lead research of new vehicles and trim packages to maintain the database of vehicles requiring pattern design. Develop and execute pattern design priorities and data requirements with pattern design team to support
- Ownership for pattern management in new digital product platform, including uploads of incoming new patterns and organizing the digital file elements, working in partnership with pattern design team
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in digital product development and implementation in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate detailed plans to cross-functional teams for execution
- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand consumer behaviors and trends
- Experience working in a global environment across multiple countries
- Skills include self-drive, analytical abilities, cross-functional leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA or Master's degree with an emphasis on Business, Strategy or Marketing
- Experience and success in Digital Product Commercialization
