Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Shipping & Property Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, property upkeep, and inventory control for our Commercial Christmas Décor business. This is a hands-on role that combines shipping/receiving, facility management, and light production oversight. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both physical tasks and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving
- Schedule and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset control
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, including flatbed trailers
- Maintain and organize warehouse and surrounding storage areas
- Maintain exterior areas of the property in clean and working condition
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for company vehicles and trailers
- Supervise soft manufacturing and repair of décor products
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to prioritize orders
- Provide customer service and communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Maintain documentation and records using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Ability to hook up and maneuver flatbed trailers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or property management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as a team lead
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
