This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial statements, manages general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis in accordance with FDICIA internal controls, and prepares key financial reports for executive leadership and regulators.The Accounting Manager leads accounting for complex areas such as loans, leases, investments, intangible assets, and other real estate owned. The role also manages data integrity across multiple third-party financial systems and serves as the system administrator for KlariVis and other key platforms.Additional responsibilities include daily liquidity reporting, Federal Reserve settlement, and preparation of monthly and forecasted liquidity reports. The Accounting Manager also maintains Board-approved policies, supports internal and external audits, and provides experienced backup for accounts payable and wire processing functions.The position is onsite and located in Perry Hall.What we are looking for:This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting*, is a CPA**, and has 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with a demonstrated understanding of accounting functions, systems and related internal controls.*Additional experience in accounting may be substituted for a degree, **CPA license is preferred, though not required.Benefits you will enjoy:
