- Partner with clients, stakeholders and Worktank leadership to consult, plan and execute live and pre-recorded productions that exceed expectations.
- Serve as single point of contact for key clients you are assigned.
- Create and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
- Build and manage production teams, including internal resources, freelance talent, and trusted vendors, while guiding creative and technical execution to align with the client's vision and budget.
- Drive problem-solving and innovative solution development with the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Use strong project management skills to oversee time and resources to production plans, manage changes, control costs, optimize team scheduling, and other related project management needs.
- Actively own, contribute and document continued workflow improvement processes.
- Partner with teams to produce mixed media assets related to meetings and broadcasts including videos, show packages (open, closes, slates, lower thirds) and ensure all ancillary video content maps to brand and creative briefs.
- 5+ years of professional experience spanning live events, broadcast, film, and video production. A well-rounded background across multiple production formats is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide clients through pre-production planning and decision-making.
- Have experience with problem solving around challenging schedules, comfort with agile/nimble production.
- Are able to help tell a well-crafted story in writing, video, and/or through live or interactive digital experiences.
- Are highly motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation, curiosity and desire to learn.
- Have strong abstract reasoning ability and logical, critical thinking skills.
- Are able to adapt quickly in highly ambiguous environments.
- Have experience communicating with executive-level clients.
- Possess a proven track-record of managing a production crew during tech rehearsals and broadcasts.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer and streaming technology literacy.
- Have advanced proficiency with video and virtual broadcast tools and software.
- The ability to manage tech clients and understanding of the Microsoft enterprise is a plus.
- We offer a competitive annual base salary between $75,000 and $90,000 based on qualifications as well as a comprehensive benefits package and ample paid time-off.
