We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Case Manager to join our growing team.Position Summary:The Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure the smooth progression of legal cases from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience in a legal environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor a caseload of active legal filesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary documentationPrepare and review legal documents, correspondence, and case filesSchedule appointments, hearings, depositions, and other case-related meetingsMaintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management systemCoordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel when necessaryAssist attorneys in preparing for mediation, arbitration, and trialEnsure deadlines are met and cases progress efficientlyQualifications:Required:2+ years of experience as a case manager or legal assistant in a law firm settingStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of professionalism and discretion * Bilingual (English/Spanish)Preferred:Experience in personal injury or criminal defenseKnowledge of Utah court systems and procedures
