Supporting delivery teams on high-impact State & Local Government client engagements.

Candidate will focus primarily on providing exceptional consulting professional services delivery but is also expected to assist in various business development activities to grow the business.
  • Follow and look for opportunities to enhance approaches in information gathering while working with clients regarding organizational structure, process, technology and culture
  • Support meetings with client stakeholders and key constituents to gather and analyze engagement information
  • Work with team to support efforts in identify and implementing process improvement for client’s qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting or relevant equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with teams
** Must be willing to travel within MA and at times, outside the state.

  • 1+ years of experience in public sector government consulting and/or policymaking preferred
  • 1 + years of professional services experience preferred
  • Interested in and committed to public sector work
