- Drive the delivery of digital, data, and AI initiatives by structuring workstreams, managing cross-functional teams, and overcoming roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain portfolio management mechanisms, dashboards, and artifacts to ensure continuous value delivery for stakeholders.
- Conduct structured analyses to evaluate initiative viability, business case strength, and scalability, while applying frameworks to measure outcomes and performance.
- Collaborate with transformation, marketing, and product teams to develop messaging, rollout strategies, and executive presentations that communicate insights and progress.
- Lead day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating work across product, data, operations, and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree such as MBA or MS in data/tech-related field is a plus).
- 8-10 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, transformation, management consulting, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in highly matrixed environments, navigating organizational ambiguity confidently.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud platforms, data products, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with modern data and technology stacks, including APIs, data lakes, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
- Skilled in developing executive-ready collateral like business cases, strategy updates, and roadmaps for senior leadership.
- Familiarity with project delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Notion) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to develop dashboards.
- Experience working closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to translate strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring designs are feasible and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading initiatives involving emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, and automation in a commercial context.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling presentations and stakeholder messaging.
