This individual will provide direct support to firm leadership while ensuring operational efficiency through the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adherence to deadlines, and structured project execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic legal environment, balancing administrative tasks with project coordination to help the firm operate at the highest level of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee firm-wide projects, ensuring deliverables are tracked, deadlines are met, and progress is clearly communicated.Draft, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve organizational efficiency and compliance.Serve as a point of contact between executives, legal teams, and support staff to facilitate seamless communication and task execution.Monitor workflows and timelines, proactively identifying potential delays and escalating issues as needed.Assist in preparing reports, project updates, and internal communications.Maintain organized records and documentation for ongoing projects and executive initiatives.Support special assignments and operational initiatives directed by firm leadership.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
1+ year of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or executive support.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.Key AttributesDeadline-driven and detail-oriented with a strong project management mindset.Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment.Highly organized with a proven ability to implement structure and process.Additional InformationBenefitsOur law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
