Enjoy our featuring our own employees sharing why they choose ProHealth Care and what they enjoy about working here.​Schedule Details: Clinics open from 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday, and 7 am to 5:30 pm. Must work two shifts to close at 7 pm weekly, on non-consecutive evenings.About Us:The Outpatient Therapy department services Waukesha county in 14 locations including clinics affiliated with Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago Memorial Hospitals. We employ 70 Physical therapists, and 2 Physical therapy assistants. Clinical staff provides care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical diagnoses, seeing patient from infancy through late adulthood. Many specialty services are offered including Cancer Rehab, lymphedema therapy, Pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, vestibular therapy for dizziness, balance and falls, and sport rehab. What You Will Do:Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
  • Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
