This role is responsible for leading the full end-to-end design process—from research to final UI—while helping shape product strategy in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders.This position requires a passionate, hands-on design leader who can build modern, scalable experiences and design systems from the ground up, while influencing the evolution of design culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities
Own the entire UX and UI lifecycle, including research, persona creation, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final high-fidelity UI design
Partner with product managers and developers to influence roadmap decisions and deliver intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex enterprise workflows
Build and lead the development of a comprehensive design system in partnership with other UX team members across the organization
Conduct user research and usability testing using both qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing findings into actionable design insights
Collaborate with global teams (U.S., EMEA, APAC) to ensure design consistency and cultural relevance across regions
Apply and promote design best practices, including accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508), responsive UI, and systems thinking
Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate design workflows, test concepts, and improve outcomes through innovation
Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across teams and contribute to the evolution of a human-centered design culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio of end-to-end digital product work
Proven ability to deliver high-fidelity designs and scalable design systems in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and the ability to conduct usability tests, surveys, and stakeholder interviews
Experience working in cross-functional product teams and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy while executing design deliverables independently
Strong familiarity with modern product development processes (Agile/Scrum) and global team collaboration
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in 0–1 product development environments
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing IoT or complex data/interaction-heavy interfaces
Familiarity with AI/ML tools that enhance UX/UI workflows
Experience in e-commerce, B2B/B2C, or life sciences/biotech environments
Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards (e.g., WCAG, 508, FDA frameworks)
