NOW HIRING: An LPN to fill the position of a part time LPN Nurse Supervisor for BAYADA Home Health Care!Location: Maui, HIRemote: NOPosition: Part Time LPN SupervisorDescription:
  • Participate in the hiring of field staff and interview process, as applicable.
  • Assist in new hire orientations and client-specific orientations.
  • Supervise assistive personnel through observing care rendered in the home and through review of documentation to ensure services meet state supervisory requirements.
  • Report any changes in the patients condition or unmet social determinant health and safety needs.
  • Provide feedback to employees including recognition, counseling, and termination of employment.
  • Assist in regular field staff performance evaluations with Clinical Manager oversight and Client Service Manager/Director input.
  • Functioning as a liaison between field and office staff.
  • Act as patient advocate, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Holds a current license in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Hawaii.
  • Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
Highlights:
