We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and support quality initiatives across our ambulatory care services. This role will directly oversee the Patient Safety and Performance Improvement teams, guiding efforts to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a culture of safety, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
  • Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure
  • Experience: 6 year's experience.
  • Previous Performance Improvement or Patient Safety experience strongly preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable license in the state of practice in one of the following Registered Nurse (RN) Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Occupational Therapist Physicial Therapist Speech Language Pathologist Blood Banking (ASCP-BB) Chemistry (ASCP-C) Cytogenetics (CYGT) Hematology (ASCP-H) Microbiology (ASCP-M) Molecular Biology (ASCP-MB Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP-MLS) Medical Technologist (ASCP-MT) Medical Technologist (AMT-MT) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
